Provider terms
Before confirming a service, product, event entry or accommodation arrangement, ask the provider to explain cancellation deadlines, deposits, refunds, delivery charges and any changes to scope. Keep the agreement in writing.
No platform transaction fees
Standard listings are free at launch. Afrosouq does not collect customer payments or refundable deposits for advertised offerings. There are currently no paid subscriptions to cancel.
Refund requests
Request any transaction refund directly from the provider under your agreement and applicable mandatory rights. If the listing was misleading, report it to us separately so we can review the directory content.
Future paid features
If paid placements or subscriptions are introduced, we will publish the relevant purchase, renewal, cancellation and refund terms before offering them.
